Massage therapy has many different benefits. We often think of relaxation. This is one aspect of the way that I address this modality. It is also used therapeutically to heal, increase range of motion, aid in athletic performance, etc. I customize massage sessions to the individual, because we are all unique. I have been trained in cupping, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy, oncology, TCM, hot stone, Reiki/energy, Bamboo Fusion, craniosacral therapy, aromatherapy. sound therapy and many other techniques to assist the body/mind in healing.
